Hi! This is Jody from Jody’s scrapbooking. I have been scrapping for over 20 years because I want to be able to look back on our lives and what a better way to do that than with pictures. My husband, Vic and I have 3 children and their spouses and 10 grandchildren. We love to have adventures with them and I have been creating each grandchild a scrapbook (or 2 or 3) documenting the together times and the special events in each of their lives. I have scrapbooked with girlfriends, Creative Memories & Stampin’ Up consultants, crops, library classes and just winged it on my own. I enjoy looking through the scrapbooks of our lives and the lives of each grandchild. Before we had grandchildren I did a “year in review” type of scrapbook to highlight our adventures. We were big cruisers so I have a scrapbook with all of our cruises. Now I have a vacation album, my second one, for when we travel as a couple or with friends. I put our wedding pictures (back in the day you had to order each picture and we couldn’t afford that many) and our 25th anniversary pictures together in an album. I have a scrapbook of each child’s wedding. I even redid my mom’s wedding pictures. I have created album of my dad’s family’s business, his high school years, my mom’s high school years, my dad’s fishing trips and my husband’s old family cottage. Any part of your life can be made into a scrapbook! Enjoy!
